You will get our genuine opinions on the performance, fit and value of all products we sell, backed up by our own independent testing.

Most items are offered for sale by C.A Automotive Technologies Ltd have been fitted and tested to one of our own vehicles at some point, for a period of at least 3 weeks, so we can provide personal recommendation.

One of our demonstrator vehicles is normally available for customer's inspection.

If a bhp increase cannot be verified by dyno figures , then we don't claim it as fact !

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE.

General Conditions

Unless otherwise stated, all prices include VAT.

As many of our products are imported , printed and /or website prices may be subject to change without notice due to fluctuating currency exchange rates. We will confirm prices at time of order .

International orders can normally only be accepted via International Money Order, Western Union Transfer or Electronic Bank Transfer. Please enquire for more details.

Stock , Special order and / or import items must be prepaid in full and are non refundable , except where this contravenes the Consumer Protection and Distance Selling Regulations if making an order over the telephone .Please see Consumer Protection / Distance Selling section below .

Certain items may , by agreement only , be ordered with a deposit in place of full payment . Should you wish to cancel the order at a later date, deposits are not refundable.

We will always endeavor to deliver orders as quickly as possible; due to the specialist nature of some of our items and also our reliance at times on third party suppliers , we cannot always guarantee exact delivery times ; orders can not normally be cancelled due solely to a delay on an estimated delivery time .

Carriage costs for the return to CA or its agents of any goods for credit, refund or exchange for whatever reason are the responsibility of the customer , unless in exceptional circumstances by prior agreement .

No warrantee is given nor implied on any goods if used for racing , track days or similar events.

CA Automotive will not be liable for loss or damage from any package or from any unpacked delivery, unless we are advised thereof within 48 hrs.

We are happy to arrange installation of any product at our own or one of our agents workshops by individual arrangement. Please note that purchase of parts from CA Automotive Ltd does not infer or imply mandatory installation of said parts by CA Automotive Ltd or it's agents.

The sale of parts and installation of parts are considered a seperate contract. CA Automotive Ltd and it's agents are at liberty to cancel either, for whatever reason prior to the installation date.

Please note that any deposits or payments made towards installation are normally not refundable on cancellation of installation.

Mail Order & Credit Card Transactions

Mail order items purchased on a credit card can only be delivered to the cardholding / billing address.

We reserve the right to refuse suspect credit card payments and to carry out additional security checks including address verification, bank referrals etc.

All orders will normally be despatched within 48 hours of your order if in stock , or of our receiving the goods if they are not in stock at time of order.

Most items will be sent by trackable courier and must be signed for. A signature to our courier will be deemed as goods received in safe condition .

Please note that due to high administration charges some credit card transactions may incur a 3% levy .

Consumer Protection and Distance Selling Regulations

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel (for any reason) the contract for the purchase of any item purchased via mail order ( only) within seven working days from the day after delivery. Cancellations should be notified to C A Automotive Technologies Ltd in writing within those 7 days to the following address: 59 EMU RD LONDON SW8 3PQ Upon cancellation you should return all products to us, you must pay for postage, and providing they are in the same or similar condition as when delivered we shall arrange for the goods to be refunded to you as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days. In the event that you fail to return the goods to us upon cancellation we shall have the right to deduct the cost of recovering the goods from any refund due to you.

Lighting Products

When purchasing HID Kits the purchaser must carry out pre-testing prior to installation onto the car as per supplied instructions and any faults reported within seven days of delivery date. Any claims arising from incorrect or unprofessional fitting will be referred to the manufacturer and warranty dealt with on their terms.

Warranty claims will be void if it is evident the specified initial testing procedure has not been carried out.
